Maintenance Free Exteriors was founded on integrity and honesty. We believe every customer should have the right to a high quality installation of a high quality building product at a fair price.

All of our crews are factory trained on all current installation technique and manufacturers requirements. Our crews are held to stringent installation standards above and beyond those required by the manufacture. We are a Mastic Elite Contractor, CertainTeed Master Craftsman in the installation of Vinyl Siding and
Weatherboards Fiber Cement and also certified by the Vinyl Siding Institute.

Our sales team is very knowledgeable of the products we install. They take on a consultant and designing approach. (We leave the High Pressure, and gimmicks to the big box companies.) Our consultants will give a very informative product demonstration, answering all questions and concerns.

Maintenance Free Exteriors and all of its Employees are background checked and Insured for your protection. Maintenance Free Exteriors are also proud members of the Better Business Bureau.

We at Maintenance Free Exteriors are very selective about the people we hire. New applicants are thoroughly screened. Before hiring, they are subject to a background investigation, including employment history and a police background check. Only the most suitable candidates make the final cut.
